- So much energy in this album that needed a little help to be heard.

Elephants of Scotland
- Wrote music for a new song. Working title: Europa Irish Ballad. Because it’s kinda Irish-y and sad and uses a riff from an old instrumental of mine called “Europa”
- Needs lyrics. Greg suggests I write about a “man who is in love with an octopus and must find a way to tell his children.”
- I’m tagging this as EoS because it definitely will need John and Bob to help me flesh it out.
HH Musical
- Finished the book!
- Going to review with Greg on Tuesday which will only yield improvements and even more ideas.
Studio
- Fixing an OSB wall that I stupidly glued carpet tile to. Removing tiles took quite a bit of the wall with it. So, spackle and paint.

- Hard at work with the songwriting. Arranging all the available bits including an Instagram song I made in December that is in a similar rhythm and tempo.

- Made MIDI demo of my treatment of Bob’s steel drum riff. He wrote it on a drum thingy that is metal. Not really a steel drum but I don’t know its proper name.
- I started up a Facebook chat session with the four Elephants (me, Greg, John, and Bob) I shared the groove idea.
- Greg came back with some lyrics.

- Finally piecing together all the bits and pieces from recent EoS jams into something resembling a song. Or three.
- Spent a few hours on Bob’s steel drum idea adding synth and guitar chords as well as writing a bass line.
