Cut new rhythm guitar for “We Keep Them Alive.” I never liked the sound I got back in 2009.
Did a bit more remixing on it including adding some keyboard layers – same MIDI, just added on sounds.
This song is finally having the punch it was meant to have.

Ended up remixing it and am fine with that. I did it right 14 years ago, so we’re good.

Removed the extraneous character last week.
Just finished rewriting the one problematic scene – it is now two easy-to-follow scenes.
Might start on the epilogue scene in a bit.

Too Many Voices

Revisited this song that has vexed me for years now. Literally.
Found a totally different approach to arrangement – sparser.
Chris’ backing vocal from almost a year ago still sounds good.

Removed a character from entire play.
Started rewriting Act 2, Scene 3. Actually, it is now two scenes.
The plot is much easier to follow and the characters have more room to play now.
